UK Mainland Delivery 

 We use the Royal Mail for our delivery services. Delivery charges are calculated automatically based upon your orders size and weight and your chosen delivery method. You are able to choose from the following delivery options at checkout.

• 1st Class recorded Delivery (1-3 days)
  
• 2nd Class recorded Delivery (3-5 days)
• Special Delivery (If your order is urgent this method guarantees next day delivery for 99% of the UK.)

For your security all items are sent by recorded post and must be signed for. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery the Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where to collect your order or how to arrange for re-delivery at a time convenient for you.

UK Offshore and Northern Ireland Delivery 

 Delivery Charges are the same as for UK Mainland Delivery above although delivery times may take slightly longer.

 European Delivery

We use the Royal Mail Airmail service for our delivery. Delivery charges are based on the Royal Mails International Signed For Airmail service and apply to all of Europe the whole of Russia and some Asian countries. Delivery charges are calculated automatically and are based upon your orders size and weight.

• International Signed For Airmail Service. (3-5 days)

For your security all items are sent by recorded post and must be signed for. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery the postal service will leave a card telling you where to collect your order or how to arrange for re-delivery at a time convenient for you.

Please be aware that you may be charged for duty or local taxes/VAT upon arrival of your goods. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. African Artisans accepts no responsibility for any local importation charges which your government may impose on your order. Rest of the World including USA

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  We use the Royal Mail Airmail service for our delivery. All delivery charges are based on the Royal Mails  International Signed For Airmail service and apply to all countries in the world not covered in the European Zone. Delivery charges are calculated automatically upon your orders size and weight.

• International Signed For Airmail Service. (5-7 days) 

For your security all items are sent by recorded post and must be signed for. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery the postal service will leave a card telling you where to collect your order or how to arrange for re-delivery at a time convenient for you.
